Our memorable mobile phone numbers are supplied on Pay As You Go Sim Cards from the all major UK Mobile networks. All Mobile numbers can be ported to any UK network on Pay as you go or on contracts. 

Please be aware that we only sell numbers via our website. We don't contact customers by any means to push sell. No, you cannot choose your own preferred digit for the "X"
For privacy reason, Some numbers we don't show the full number on our website and some digits are hidden and shown as 'X"
Please be aware, all those'X" and hidden digits are randomly selected by our system and we can not guarantee what the digits are.

All UK mobile networks will disconnect pay as you go sim card if they are not topped up or used regularly. Therefore we recommend everyone to top up your numbers and make a chargeable call every 3 months to ensure the number stay active. If you don't, your sim card will be more likely disconnected. You will be at risk of losing your number and it cannot be reconnected any more.

We are unable to list the full phone number on our website due to privacy reason. However, if you contact our customer service, we may be able to confirm the full number on some occasions. 

Purchasing your new mobile number couldn't be easier. Once you decide which mobile number you want to purchase, click the number add to cart button then click My Cart and checkout.

We accept all payment by Paypal. bank transfer, or cash if you collect it from our store in London.

We aim to post within 24 hours after payment received. All UK orders will be posted by Royal mail 1st class recorded delivery or next day special delivery. It should arrive within 3 working days. If you don't receive it after 3 days, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look ino this for you.

We also ship everywhere worldwide. UAE delivery will take 5-7 working days. International postage is at a cost of £30. Please contact us if you place an international order.

Our numbers can be transferred to all UK network by requesting a PAC code. If you would like to transfer your purchased mobile number to your existing contract, contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a PAC code instead of posting the SIM card to you and you may have your number ready to hand just in 24 hours!

PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) Code allows you to change mobile phone network and to keep your existing phone number. It takes no more than 24 hours and you’ll experience no or minimal downtime during the transfer of the phone number. A PAC Code is free (your mobile operator cannot charge for it) and is normally 9 digits long (in the format ABC 123 789).

You need to call the customer services department of your current network.
     For those on the big five networks, call the following numbers:

3 (Three): 333 from your mobile (or 0843 373 3333 from a landline)
O2 – Pay Monthly: 202 from your mobile (or 0344 8090202 from a landline)
O2 – Pay As You Go: 4445 from your mobile (or 0344 8090 222 from a landline)
EE: 150 from your mobile (or 07953 966 250 from a landline)
Vodafone: 191 from your mobile (or 03333 040 191 from a landline)
Lebara: 5588 from your mobile (or  0870 075 5588 from a landline)

You must provide the PAC Code to your new network within 30 days of issue. If your PAC Code has not been used after 28 days, it will expire and you will need to request a new one.

You will need to provide the PAC code to the new service provider within 7 days of receiving the package. Your number will be transferred in approximately 24-48 hours after receiving the PAC code. In some cases(the network port half service which can't receive incoming calls and texts) this may take up to 14 days.

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer Pay As You Go credit between networks. You should try to use up all of your credit before the number transfer usually takes place – any credit left on the day of the number transfer will be lost.

PAYG customers can migrate to Pay monthly contract of the same network, prior to migration network will run all the credit and verification checks once again. After successful completion of these checks, customers will be migrated to the new contract.

We always carefully check all of our SIM cards to make sure they are in working order before posting them out. Due to privacy reasons, we are unable to accept any returns. If a PAC is requested and sent to you, we are also unable to accept return or refund.
